General Information
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to a California address must include applicable sales tax. Within San Diego County, 9.75%. Outside San Diego County, 8.25%. If tax exempt, please include exemption number with order. For on-line orders call us with exemption information.
Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are received. Your delivery address should clearly state FULL STREET ADDRESS and ZIP CODE (please no Post Office Box addresses). The shipping charges charts above are for Continental U.S. only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Military APO's will be charged air freight rates unless otherwise requested. Internet orders to these areas will be adjusted after order is received. Contact us for the final charges.

Product Returns
If it becomes necessary to return any Suzuki product for any reason, you must call or write FIRST for a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted. Call 1-619-873-2000 and ask for customer service. Any product returned after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
